What we collect
Your email (for login), any name or project content you provide, usage events (for cost and product analytics), and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Third-party processors
We share data only as needed with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, auth, storage), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI generation), DigiKey/Nexar (live part sourcing), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (rate limiting), and our email provider (transactional email). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your rights
You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@plinthdesign.org. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor for all users.
Data retention
We retain your account and project data while your account is active. After account deletion we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
